These terms govern your use of Get Growing ("the app"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Get Growing helps you plan, track, and troubleshoot a home garden — planting recommendations, a garden layout designer, seed and harvest tracking, and AI-assisted plant/pest identification.
Planting recommendations, fertilizer amounts, frost dates, and AI-generated plant/pest diagnoses are provided as general guidance based on typical conditions and are not a substitute for professional horticultural, agricultural, or safety advice. Always use your own judgment, especially before eating anything you've grown or applying any treatment to your garden.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at the time of purchase unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe — we don't store your payment details.
Don't use Get Growing to upload content you don't have the right to share, to attempt to access another user's data, or to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service.
You own the garden data, notes, and photos you submit. You give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the app's features to you (including sending photos to our AI provider for identification, as described in our Privacy Policy).
Get Growing is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation or diagnosis will be accurate for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Growing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost crops, harvests, or garden investment — arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
